Wrong Turn[4] (also known internationally as Wrong Turn: The Foundation)[5] is an upcoming film directed by Mike P. Nelson and written by Alan McElroy. The film is a reboot and the seventh installment of the Wrong Turn film series. The film stars Charlotte Vega, Adain Bradley, Dylan McTee, Daisy Head, Emma Dumont, Bill Sage and Matthew Modine. It is an international co-production between the United States, Germany and Canada.
Wrong Turn is scheduled to be released on January 26, 2021, by Saban Films.
The new twist to the long-running franchise will bring a group of unlucky friends to Harpers Ferry, West Virginia to spend a couple days hiking the Appalachian Trail. In this one, they are confronted by “The Foundation”, a community of people who have lived in the mountains since before the Civil War – oh, and they don’t take well to strangers.
